Service/Warranty

Howard Homes has worked very hard to create a Superior Service and Warranty Program. Our Homeowner Manual has been designed to assist home buyers during and after the purchase of a Howard Home. Every New Homeowner receives their manual upon the signing of their agreement of sale. The information presented in this manual answers many questions and prepares the new home buyer for each step of the new home experience, making this exciting time easier.

In addition to guiding home buyers through the process of purchasing and building, this manual provides maintenance guidelines and a description of our limited warranty program, component by component.

Our Warranty Department Staff is dedicated to providing our home owners with exceptional customer service. One important aspect of what is provided is education. After the sale, we offer each new home owner a new home Orientation. This Orientation - separate from a walk-through - gives our Service and Warranty Staff the opportunity to personally explain the major components of their home, how they work, and the procedures for reporting Service/Warranty claims. We also get to meet our new homeowners - face to face. We get to know them by name, and they get to know us. This is important to maintain the type of relationship on which Howard Homes has built its reputation. This program has proven to be a valuable tool for making the entire process of buying a new home more comfortable.
