No telephone calls except emergencies will be accepted.
This is for your own protection as well as to provide efficient operation of our warranty department.

"Emergency" includes situations such as:
  • Total loss of heat when the outside temperature is below 45 degrees F
  • Total loss of electricity. (Check with utility company before reporting this circumstance to Howard Homes or electrician)
  • Total loss of water. (Check with water department to be certain the problem is not a general outage in the area)
  • Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
  • Gas leak. (Contact your utility company immediately)

Please completely fill out our form below. Use the area below to describe the service request item(s). Please be as specific as possible, giving the exact location of the concern(s) - ie: what room, what wall, what area, how big, etc. Please use the seperate lines if there is more than one item. Howard Homes will make every effort to quickly respond to your request. Our service department will contact you directly to make the necessary arrangements. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have over the telephone. Please submit Service Request lists at three times during your warranty: 30 - 60 days after your settlement, 6 months after your settlement and at the end of your one-year limited warranty period.

PLEASE NOTE: All drywall warranty concerns MUST be submitted directly to Alpha Drywall, using the warranty certificate provided to you at your Orientation. Please DO NOT submit year-end drywall repairs to Howard Homes.

Service hours are between 7:00am and 3:00pm on selected weekdays. No service will be scheduled for any other hours unless specifically requested by Howard Homes or it's sub-contractor. Personal arrangements must be made to accommodate this schedule. Only adults (18 years of age and older) will be permitted to accept and sign for service work.

Because your satisfaction with your new home is very important to us, Howard Homes. will make all reasonable efforts to correct any problems that are not listed as exclusions from coverage in the Warranty Agreement, and will often exceed reasonable efforts. Service Requests on all non-warranty items, or items after the one-year warranty period, shall be acted upon at the discretion of Howard Homes. The decision to repair or replace warranty items is solely up to Howard Homes.

Please refer to the Warranty agreement and section 8 of your Homeowners Manual for more detailed information on warranty coverage and home maintenance items. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
